Do I need to pay a security deposit?
No. We do not take deposits.
Can I hire for a different time period?
We can be flexible and we do offer our hire item/s on short term hire for special events, training sessions, short adventures, photoshoots and more. Please note that event hires are priced separately from our standard hire options.

Can I cancel a hire and get a refund?

Can I purchase the hire item at the end of the hire period?
Yes we offer the opportunity to purchase the hire item you have hired from us with a discount applied (subject to availability). If you are interested in purchasing your hire item, drop us an email & we will send you a quote.
Can I extend the hire?
Yes we offer the opportunity to extend your hire (subject to availability). If you head over to our ‘Post Hire’ section on the website you will find the hire extension option. Just select the hire item you have via the drop down and select how long you would like to extend for, add to cart and make payment and the hire will be extended for you!
CLEANING & DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT
What happens if the hire item is damaged when I received it?
In the unlikely event you feel that you have received a damaged product, please email us at at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to discuss.
What happens if I damage the hire item?
If you damage the hire item, you will be required to pay a charge. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Do I need to return the hire item clean?
You agree that you shall return the item in a clean
and tidy condition, as applicable depending on the item hired. Please refer to your hire return

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit or debit card. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer. If the issuer of your card declines payment, you will be notified at the point of purchase.
