All Bike Trailer Hire products are fully cleaned and sanitised between uses, but we’d still really appreciate it if you could follow our easy care instructions while you're using an item, and before returning to us. It will help our products last even longer, and further reduce their environmental impact.

Trailers & Strollers

Newborn inserts and foot muffs

Refer to the label. If detachable and machine washable, wash at maximum 30 degrees.

Seat, basket and canopy

Hoover to free of dirt and wipe with a damp cloth.

Frame

Wipe any stains or marks with a damp microfibre cloth any stubborn marks can be gently rubbed with a soft brush. Dry thoroughly.

Never use strong detergents or solvents. Take care to brush away from any sliding joints and mechanisms.

Wheels

Periodically, remove the wheels from the chassis and brush off any dirt or sand in the inside axle of the wheel. Do not submerge the wheel bearings in water. Use a brush and water to clean dirt on the wheels.

Wet conditions

Store in a dry place and leave to dry unfolded to prevent mold.

Child Carriers (Osprey Poco & others)

+ After each trip, be sure to clean out your pack thoroughly. Brush out and remove gear, food, dirt or spilled items.

+ When your Poco is not in use loosen all the straps.

+ Wipe any stains or marks with a damp microfibre cloth. On any stubborn marks can be gently rubbed with a soft brush. Dry thoroughly.

+ Clean zippers often to prevent them from failing. Use mild soap, warm water and a soft brush.

+ If your pack is wet, hang it to dry before storing.
